prioritizing the big picture
Everyone knows themselves best. Taking the time to develop a bond with ourselves can serve in the long term. Solitude allows us to see more. Putting ourselves first at work, school, and in general, can be hard. Many people are depending on us as well as others we depend on. There’s no question that we are all connected as a human family. Making the effort to prioritize our studies, incomes, projects, and ambitions in a positive direction is important. Investing in our future is timeless.
Challenging ourselves outside our comfort zones is a great way to learn more about who we are and how strong we are. Putting ourselves first can also mean acting on the things we usually procrastinate. It’s easy to ditch an idea we want to build on, it’s often easier to ignore our conscious endeavors than act on them. It’s so easy to say no to food, especially breakfast. Work can play a significant role in procrastinating food. Of course, this is not the case for everyone although it can be tough to make time for ourselves overall. It will always be worth it to invest in ourselves. Fuel is necessary.
