feeling demotivated?
Everyone experiences times when the feeling of being stuck hovers over us. It can influence us in a variety of ways; it’s easy to feel as if we are not getting enough done or that our previous efforts lose value against our new additions of art. These and the other possible negative connotations will try hard to demotivate us. It’s important to consider remembering that every experience that has gotten each person to where they currently are has not been a piece of cake.
No matter how wealthy or privileged an individual is, there are always thoughts and experiences that make us both uncomfortable and vulnerable. Feeling as though we are stuck in a rut can affect our mental health, leading us to project this in our daily lives onto people who don’t deserve our frustrations. This feeling of stagnance, when mixed with the wrong sources of energy, can ultimately destroy our self-esteem. When feeling as though we are stuck, it’s important to recognize that we have most likely outgrown our current situation.
Life includes constant change in this world as well as both ourselves and others. Change can be looked at in whatever mindset we choose to view it. Change doesn’t occur until our mindsets shift. Experiencing paradigm shifts is necessary for certain levels of mental growth. The feeling of stagnation doesn’t have to overpower us, with this feeling we are given a decent amount of time to think carefully about the plans we want to make, while continually tweaking and planning through the obstacles that will find their way to us. Maintaining our composure while intentionally experiencing the present moment can be very difficult, purposeful & rewarding. Remembering who we are and acknowledging the previous experiences that we’ve lived through can play a significant role in helping us face our current situations.
