the importance of building a team 

Inevitably, teamwork allows the dream to work. It can be challenging to maneuver through the various candidates to create your dream team. This goes without saying that there will be a fair amount of bumps in the road. There are numerous events and instances where a team will not gel, although it’s important to recognize this as a collective and get back on track. Having a team to share ideas and great memories with, can be very healthy. Over time, although we live our individual lives, we undoubtedly see the growth of others as they do in us. We are all connected more than we could imagine. 

Many different changes can trigger concerns within a team, yet this is another chance for each team member to understand where the concern is coming from. Having a team that resonates with everyone’s goals is a great feeling. Each team member has a role and a different playing style. The rise of egos is inevitable, accepting this whilst paying attention to our tendencies influenced by our ego can help bridge the gap between healthy communication with others and understanding ourselves. 

Life was not made to live alone, being the only human being on the earth would be undoubtedly different. Finding team members with whom we work well can take numerous attempts. There will be those who don’t resonate with us, agree with us, or even wanna see us. All this is a reflection of conditioned thoughts. When searching for team members, always be yourself. Individuals who make you uncomfortable or vice versa won’t gel within your team. This is not to say this can’t be adjusted to the latter. It’s worth considering filling your squad with respectful, trustworthy, and honest people. While leading by example.

Sharing similar goals and aspirations can be considered an advantage of someone joining your team, although it’s worth considering higher levels of value. For a team to function proactively, there has to be trust within the collective. It can be useful to collaborate with those who respect themselves and time. There is no exact formula for building a perfect team, although a strong collective is possible with curation, maintenance, and genuine communication. 

We encourage taking the necessary steps to find members who are on a similar wavelength and who will be honest with you at all times. Of course, this means that we should lead by example to influence the best possible results.
